Information
found on our site
Schedule: The schedule tab has the
time, date, and submittal deadlines for the
Planning and Zoning meetings as well as the
Board of Adjustments. Meetings are broke down by
month starting with the submission deadline for
that months agenda. This will aid the general
public, engineers, surveyors and others as to
when to submit plans and the time frame it
requires to get an item passed or approved.
Agendas: The agendas tab will list all
items that have met the city's standards for
submittal and are being presented to the
Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of
Adjustments for approval.
Meeting Minutes: The last approved
minutes from the Planning and Zoning Business
Session and the Board of Adjustments.
Applications: The applications tab
consists of various documents that are required
at submittal for items to be presented before
the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of
Adjustments. You can also find the application
fees that are to be paid by the submittal date.
Plat Details: We have included a
typical note section and plat details that are
most commonly found on plats for engineers and
surveyors. Due to new products that come
available and the ever evolving city
requirements theses notes and details are
subject to change.
Members: The members tab is a list of
the dedicated commissioners and board members
that strive to better our community.
Storm Water: The storm water tab
consists of the most commonly asked questions
about our storm water or erosion control
standards. The city has incorporated these
standards to control storm water and erosion
control on all construction sites.
Quick Links: The quick links tab will
direct you to other government and sites that
can help answer some of the more commonly asked
questions that are outside of the city's
jurisdiction.
Ordinance: Click on the image to the
left to open the corresponding ordinance or to
