What is Kids to Parks Day?
National Kids to Parks Day is designed and intended to connect kids to the experiences found in our parks. To find out more information CLICK HERE!

Event Activities

  • Kite making and decorating. You can fly your kites on our Softball Fields.  Feel free to bring your own kites!
  • Basketball drills with Lighthouse Church's GiveNGo Youth Outreach
  • Fishing Practice with The Cain Pole
  • Kids Yoga with AFS Academy of Martial Arts
  • Storytelling by the Madison County Public Library
  • Nature Art by Girl Scout Troop 2364
  • Animal Identifying
  • Miniature Golf
  • Chalk Art
  • Obstacle Courses
  • & More
  • After visiting each station, participants will then make their way back to Paradise Cove to receive a FREE shaved ice from Kona Ice & some other goodies!
