About Betty Miller Park
The Betty Miller Park is located at 325 Estill Avenue. The park is approximately a three acre tract of land which houses the Betty Miller Building. The Betty Miller Building is used to house the Teen Center. The building is available for reservations through the Richmond Parks & Recreation Department.
