The Richmond Parks and Recreation Department is an efficient operation of the Richmond City Government that constantly seeks to provide a high level and wide variety of recreational opportunities to all people of all ages and stages of life.

The Parks and Recreation Department strives to be an active department that engages the community, promotes wellness and offers recreational activities for everyone.

Halloween Hoedown

The Halloween Hoe-Down is a family friendly event designed for children 10 and under! The festival will begin at 6:00pm and continue until 8:00pm.
