Tasty Tuesday!

Richmond Parks and Recreation are now hosting a weekly food truck event every Tuesday starting March 2nd. This event will be at Irvine-McDowell Park and feature a variety of food trucks from around the area. We are currently accepting applications for vendors for Tasty Tuesdays. Dive-In Movie/Free Swim Registration

On Friday, July 2nd we will be hosting our second Dive-In Movie of the year at Paradise Cove. We will be screening Frozen 2 starting at 7:30pm. Pre-registration is required to attend. If you are not registered before hand you will not be allowed in the facility.

Splash & Play

The Richmond Fire Department and Richmond Parks and Recreation Department are teaming up to help bring a fun water event to Richmond. The Firefighters will bring their trucks to various parks where they will safely spray water from their hoses for the kids to cool off from the summer heat. The Richmond Parks and Recreation Department is an efficient operation of the Richmond City Government that constantly seeks to provide a high level and wide variety of recreational opportunities to all people of all ages and stages of life.

The Parks and Recreation Department strives to be an active department that engages the community, promotes wellness and offers recreational activities for everyone.

Park Board Meetings – First Tuesday of the month at 12:00 p.m. noon
*Until Further Notice- Park Board Meetings will be conducted via Zoom.
