The City of Richmond Parks & Recreation Department wants to know who has “Richmond’s Most Radiant Home”, “Richmond’s Most Radiant Neighborhood” and “Richmond’s Most Radiant Business”
Criteria– Businesses, Houses and Neighborhoods must be in the Richmond City Limits.
Categories: Mayor’s Choice, Judge’s Choice, People’s Choice, Honorable Mentions
Time Frame: Nominations accepted until December 7th.
People’s Choice Voting: December 9th-15th.
Judging to take place December 13th-15th.
Awards will be announced by December 21st.

The City of Richmond’s annual Christmas Parade will be held Friday, December 3rd.
Additional Information will be announced Fall 2021.

*If you do not have a fireplace- Santa will also send you Magic Elf Dust so he can enter your house. It comes with a card that reads:

The Christmas Parade will be Friday, December 3rd in Downtown Richmond. This year’s theme is Christmas Around the World.
REGISTRATION: Registration will open October 8th. All entries must be properly registered with the Richmond Parks and Recreation Office by the deadline of November 17th, 2021. Entries received after the deadline will require a $20.00 non-refundable application fee. Checks made payable to Richmond Parks and Recreation. No entries will be taken after November 30th.
